Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vitor Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xavier Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sanchez has chosen Sublime - Santaria as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

32 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xavier Sanchez!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie lands a jab-cross combination.
Gracie misses with a body shot.
Sanchez pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Gracie on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Sanchez. Sanchez obviously looking to wear him down.
Sanchez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gracie was well out of range. Poor timing from Sanchez.
Gracie throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Sanchez keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gracie moves out of range of the body kick.
Gracie throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sanchez was covering up waiting for the punch and Gracie finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Sanchez has control of Gracie's left arm, preventing Gracie from doing any damage.
Gracie drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Sanchez dives on top into guard.

Gracie is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Gracie has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sanchez is working away from the top position though.
Sanchez seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gracie does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Gracie wants to improve his position but Sanchez is controlling well.
Sanchez looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Gracie with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Sanchez in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Gracie looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Sanchez turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
