Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Da Mian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Rojer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Da Mian! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Ray Rojer! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mian looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Mian not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Mian is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Rojer has managed to free his arm - good work. Mian has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Rojer is refusing to be controlled, as Mian sits in half guard. Mian is looking for a kimura here.

Rojer leaves Mian with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Rojer moves in looking to clinch but Mian pushes him off. Mian ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Rojer moves away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rojer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mian moves out of range and avoids them all easily. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Mian scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Rojer doesn't seem bothered though. Ray Rojer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rojer dodges the punch combination from Mian.

Rojer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mian is trying to keep Rojer in close.

Rojer wanted to stand there but Mian had control of the position. Rojer must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Rojer got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mian has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rojer has managed to get both his arms back between Mian's legs - danger averted. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rojer throwing strikes but missing. Mian looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Rojer passes into half guard.

Da Mian dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The fighters circling - Mian throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Da Mian is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nice jab there from Mian. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mian is defended easily by Rojer. Rojer pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Mian back to the cage. Rojer follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Mian fails with the takedown. Mian looks to land a combination but Rojer avoids it well. Rojer throws a combination that misses and Mian counters with a nice double leg into guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mian trying to control but Rojer is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mian drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rojer looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rojer looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rojer!

Mian seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Rojer has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Mian is looking to wear down Rojer with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Rojer doesn't manage to clinch there - Mian circles away.

Rojer passes to full mount! Mian tries to hold on but Rojer pushes him away. Mian tries to reverse the position but Rojer maintains control. Rojer throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Rojer controlling from the full mount. Ray Rojer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rojer lands a big elbow. Da Mian is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Mian is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Ray Rojer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Mian has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
