Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Micah Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronnie Putnam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Putnam has chosen tap out as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Micah Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ronnie Putnam! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Putnam cracks a nice hook into Jackson's ribs. Jackson tries to sprawl but Putnam drives through with a takedown into half guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Putnam is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jackson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Putnam. Jackson gets back to full guard.
Jackson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Putnam would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Putnam is looking to work some ground and pound but Jackson has wrist control. Jackson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Putnam doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Jackson is tightening it up a little... Putnam has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Putnam reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Putnam taps out! Nice BJJ there by Jackson!
