Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jake Giannacopulos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kotaro Fuma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kotaro Fuma will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yukihiro Shimada and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Giannacopulos throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jake Giannacopulos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fuma looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Giannacopulos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fuma swivels and escapes.

Giannacopulos bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
