Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Inspectah Deck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erwin Tulfo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Inspectah Deck! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Erwin Tulfo! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Josh West and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Deck lands a nice shot to the body.
Tulfo chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Tulfo throws a nice inside leg kick. Tulfo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Tulfo has taken the fight to the clinch.
Tulfo gets a trip takedown into half guard. Tulfo trying to pass the guard but Deck defending well. Tulfo is looking to take a break and control but Deck is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tulfo missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Deck gets full guard. Tulfo trying to control the position from guard on top but Deck is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tulfo preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Deck avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Tulfo wants to control from the top but Deck keeps moving. Deck is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Deck content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Deck throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Deck stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. The fight stays on the outside here - Deck looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Deck lands with a shot to the body. Tulfo throws a hook to the side of Deck's head but Deck sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Tulfo defending well as Deck loads up on a big left hand. Deck clinches. Deck tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Deck is trying to force a seperation but Tulfo has the dominant position. Tulfo trying to stall but Deck improves his position.
This has been an exciting period of action! Deck breaks the clinch.
Tulfo moves into the clinch. Deck keeps control of Tulfo as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Deck tries to pull guard but Tulfo holds him up against the ropes and eventually Deck drops back down to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tulfo is trying to push Deck away but Deck has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere. Deck escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tulfo lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Tulfo lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Tulfo clinches with his opponent.
Tulfo wants to get back to striking at distance but Deck won't allow it.
Deck tries to pull guard but Tulfo won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Inspectah Deck. That's going to take a lot out of him. Deck tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tulfo just stands there and leans against the ropes. Tulfo is looking to break free of the clinch but Deck has double underhooks. Deck is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the ropes enables Tulfo to keep the fight standing. Deck tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Deck jumps guard but Tulfo stands there with Deck around his waist. Deck gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Deck tries to pull guard but Tulfo won't allow it.
Tulfo has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Deck uses from the top position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tulfo looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Deck loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Tulfo wants to sweep but no luck. Tulfo has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Deck off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Tulfo closes the distance and clinches. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Deck tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Tulfo's elbow.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Tulfo is working on a single leg takedown against the ropes. Deck can't fight it off and eventually Tulfo manages to take the fight to the floor. Deck looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Tulfo throws an elbow that misses. Deck uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tulfo's guard. Nice move by Deck! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Erwin Tulfo dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Deck keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tulfo. A nice leg kick lands there from Tulfo. Tulfo throws a right hand that Deck ducks under and follows up with a left that Deck also avoids with ease. Deck tries to clinch up. Deck tries to clinch up but Tulfo circles away and keeps his distance. Deck looks to score with a jab to the body but Tulfo is just out of range. Tulfo misses with a combination
and Deck counters with a right hand to the body. Deck takes a jab right on the kisser.
The fight stays on the outside here - Deck looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Deck takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tulfo takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Deck is looking to wear down Tulfo with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Tulfo has closed the distance and engaged Deck in a clinch.
Tulfo manages to pull guard.
Deck prevents Tulfo from getting back to his feet. Deck is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Deck wants to get up but he can't break Tulfo's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Deck throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Tulfo works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Tulfo trying to keep a closed guard but Deck is proving a slippery customer.

Erwin Tulfo has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Tulfo misses with a low kick as Deck jumps back. Nice body kick there by Tulfo. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tulfo looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Tulfo swings for the body but Deck moves out of range.
Tulfo takes the fight into the clinch. Deck breaks the clinch.
Deck lands with a straight right. Tulfo didn't see that one coming. Tulfo swats away the attempt to clinch by Deck.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sloppy strikes from Tulfo. Those never looked like landing. That kick from Tulfo tenderised Deck's leg. Deck is trying to keep his angry face on. Deck throws an overhand right that lands on Tulfo's shoulder, as Tulfo tries to avoid the shot. Tulfo misses with a two punch combination.
Tulfo moves into the clinch. Deck throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Deck gets control of Tulfo's arms and successfully pulls guard. Deck will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Deck pulls Tulfo in close to his closed guard and prevents Tulfo from doing any damage or advancing position. Tulfo missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tulfo wants to stand but Deck is controlling his posture from full guard. Tulfo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Deck is keeping the position for now. Tulfo passes easily into side control. Nice work. Tulfo trying to control the position but Deck is working away. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Deck is looking to reverse the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Erwin Tulfo will probably get the nod - 10:9. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!
The fight moves into the clinch position. Tulfo pulls guard effortlessly. Deck scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Deck working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Tulfo is trying to keep Deck in close.
Tulfo looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Deck has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Deck accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Deck trying to control the position from guard on top but Tulfo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Deck is really struggling to control Tulfo but he's trying to hold on to the position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
We're going to have a standup here because Inspectah Deck wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Tulfo misses the jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tulfo takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Deck blocks a low kick nicely. Tulfo gets a clinch. Tulfo tightens his grip and picks Deck up, before dumping him to the ground. Deck manages to land in guard. Erwin Tulfo has got the better of the ground game so far. Deck is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Tulfo looking to pass the guard. Tulfo must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Tulfo looking to sit in guard and control but Deck gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Deck wants to pass the guard but Tulfo is keeping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Deck loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Deck postures up and lands a big shot to Tulfo's brow. Tulfo utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Tulfo rushes Deck and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Deck jumps guard but Tulfo stands there with Deck around his waist. Deck gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Tulfo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tulfo misses with a series of wild punches.
Deck checks the leg kick nicely there.
Erwin Tulfo seems to be getting the better of the standup. Deck takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Deck gets tackled into the ropes by Tulfo. Tulfo maintains the clinch. Tulfo blocks a body shot from Deck. Deck jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tulfo walks away with a smile on his face. Deck gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Deck connects with a nice looking jab.
Tulfo lets loose with a powerful body kick. Deck will feel that in the morning.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tulfo throws a chopping leg kick but Deck manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Tulfo throws a right hand that Deck ducks under and follows up with a left that Deck also avoids with ease. Tulfo throws a series of strikes that have Deck backpedaling.
Erwin Tulfo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. This has been an exciting period of action! A looping hook to the body misses from Tulfo. Deck does a little dance to reset his feet. Tulfo fails to land with a series of punches.

Tulfo gets in close and instigates a clinch. Inspectah Deck has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Erwin Tulfo is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Nice body punch from Deck - that landed with a thud.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Erwin Tulfo. Well Tulfo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
