Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wes Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Tucker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wes Ward has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Wes Ward!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Travis Tucker!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Micheangelo Fripello.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tucker keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Tucker swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tucker will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Ward shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tucker defends it nicely.
Ward tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tucker sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ward somewhat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wes Ward. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ward checks a leg kick.
Tucker tests Ward's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Tucker slaps away a takedown attempt from Ward, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Tucker moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tucker attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Tucker displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ward.
Tucker keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A head kick misses from Tucker.
Tucker lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Ward shoots in looking for a takedown. Tucker tries to sprawl out of it but Ward keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tucker manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ward is breathing heavily.
Tucker lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Ward shoots in but Tucker avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Tucker goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Ward checks a low kick from Tucker.
Tucker jabs Ward to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Ward shoots in for a double leg but Tucker sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Tucker drops Ward with a beautiful combination! Ward stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Tucker is looking for the KO!

It looks like Wes Ward has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tucker scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ward doesn't seem bothered though.
Tucker lands with a right and another and another! Ward is in big trouble! Tucker lands again and this time it's lights out for Ward! A quality knockout there for Tucker.
