Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kong Po (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knowshon Zavier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kong Po!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Knowshon Zavier!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Zavier.
Zavier uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Po.
Jab by Zavier.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Po.
Zavier keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Zavier lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Po closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Po tries to clinch up but Zavier circles away and keeps his distance.
Po shoots for a takedown but Zavier saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A nice inside leg kick there by Zavier. That's going to slow Po down.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Zavier throws a nice outside leg kick.
Po chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Zavier can pounce on him.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Zavier, as that shot connected.
Po fails with the takedown
and Zavier counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kong Po. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice takedown defense from Zavier. No joy for Po on that attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zavier stuffs the takedown.
Po shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Zavier sprawls well. Zavier wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Po gets slowly back to his feet.
Po is breathing heavily.
Jab, jab by Zavier - just one landing.
Knowshon Zavier is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Zavier stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Zavier moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Po is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Zavier throws a nice inside leg kick.
Kong Po seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A chopping leg kick lands by Zavier.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Zavier thuds his right hand into Po's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Po changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Zavier tries to avoid it but Po manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Zavier to the ground. Zavier escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Zavier turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Po with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Zavier to score with a decent uppercut.
Zavier keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Po.
Po has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Zavier.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Po doesn't succeed with the takedown
letting Zavier counter with a right hand.
Po doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Zavier lands with an uppercut that bounces Po off the cage and back into range.

and Zavier counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Zavier fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Po on the side of the head.
Zavier thuds a left hand into Po's body.
Po looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Zavier is fending him off so far but Po persists. Nope, Zavier circles away and we're back to standing.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Zavier. Po shrugs it off though.
Nice jab there from Zavier.
A decent looking cross lands there for Zavier.
Po is rocked!
Po looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Oh Po is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zavier bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Po seems to have got his legs back now.
Po with a lazy takedown attempt
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Po takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Po shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Po tries for a takedown but Zavier sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Zavier getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Po on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Po takes one to the chin there.
Po takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Zavier digs a good body shot into Po's ribs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Po takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

and Zavier counters with a good low kick that Po was not able to check.

Zavier bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Po's head backwards.

Zavier lands a big right hand that sends Po crashing to the mat! Zavier stays standing though and waves Po back to his feet!
Zavier drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Po right on the button. Po goes down! Zavier follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Zavier gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Knowshon Zavier!
