The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Eliza Hachem and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garvin tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Garvin misses the body punch
and Hannant counters with a one-two to the body.
Ronnie Garvin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hannant fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Garvin avoids it really well and circles away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Garvin, right into the meat.
Hannant wants to clinch.
Good leg kick by Garvin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Garvin, as that shot connected.
Hannant shoots for a takedown but Garvin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Garvin swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Hannant counters by moving into the clinch.
Hannant breaks from the clinch.
Garvin cracks a nice hook into Hannant's ribs.
Garvin connects with a solid leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Garvin lands a big uppercut and Hannant crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Hannant looks OK. Garvin waves Hannant back to his feet!
Garvin fails with an attempt to clinch.
Garvin drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Hannant right on the button. Hannant goes down! Garvin follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Garvin gets the win via TKO!
