The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Benjamin closes the distance and pushes Sotto back into the ropes.

Benjamin creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Sotto crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5, yes, he's made it back to his feet. He seems OK so it looks like we're going to continue!
Benjamin is looking to clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Benjamin moves into the clinch.
Sotto can't break the clinch.
Sotto has had enough of the clinch but Benjamin keeps him there for the moment.
Benjamin tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Sotto avoids it.
Benjamin stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
A right handed body shot lands from Benjamin.
Sotto tries to circle away but Benjamin has him pinned against the ropes.
Benjamin controlling the action here for a moment.
Benjamin lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Benjamin throws a knee to the head but misses.
Benjamin's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
