Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Abaddon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jari Harrikari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Abaddon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Limp Bizkit - Break Stuff. Harrikari has chosen Tool - Forty Six & 2 as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anthony Abaddon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Jari Harrikari! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Harrikari throws a head kick that misses. Abaddon fails to land with a series of punches.
Abaddon on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Harrikari. Harrikari obviously looking to wear him down.
Harrikari shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Abaddon is trying to defend but Harrikari finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Abaddon is looking to control Harrikari's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Abaddon avoid being mounted? Harrikari thows a huge punch but Abaddon dodges it nicely.
Harrikari looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Harrikari has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Abaddon is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Abaddon wants to get back to full guard but Harrikari has passed into side control. Abaddon avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Harrikari. Abaddon tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harrikari sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Abaddon is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Abaddon can't do much from the bottom here. Harrikari is looking to take a break and control but Abaddon is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Abaddon is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Harrikari off and has taken his back! Good control from Abaddon. Abaddon lands punches and elbows. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Abaddon is trying to stick to Harrikari's back but Harrikari is turning into Abaddon. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Abaddon's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Harrikari.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Harrikari pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Abaddon is keeping the position for now. Abaddon wants to sweep here but Harrikari controlling him for the moment. Harrikari drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Harrikari jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Abaddon controlling Harrikari's posture. Abaddon pushes Harrikari off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Abaddon stuns Harrikari with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Abaddon throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Abaddon moves out of range as Harrikari strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harrikari ducks under a wild hook from Abaddon. Harrikari motions for Abaddon to come forward. Harrikari throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Abaddon thows a leg kick but Harrikari checks it and Abaddon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Harrikari shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Abaddon defends it nicely. Abaddon wants to slow Harrikari down by chopping away at his legs. Abaddon looks to throw the jab but Harrikari is out of range. Abaddon misses with a head kick.
Harrikari lands a slapping body shot.
Anthony Abaddon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Harrikari misses with a straight left. Harrikari moves out of range as Abaddon strikes. Abaddon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Harrikari manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Abaddon gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Harrikari missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Abaddon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Abaddon controlling the position. Abaddon is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Abaddon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Abaddon pushes Harrikari off and gets back to his feet.
Abaddon throws a sloppy body shot
and Abaddon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Anthony Abaddon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Abaddon tries to close the distance and clinch but Harrikari swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Abaddon!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Harrikari on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Harrikari wants to clinch. Abaddon lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Harrikari at a distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Anthony Abaddon will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Abaddon takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Harrikari pushes Abaddon away with a front kick. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Harrikari. Abaddon shrugs it off though. Harrikari shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Abaddon is trying to defend but Harrikari finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Abaddon is trying to control but can't.
Anthony Abaddon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Harrikari is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are battling for position here. Abaddon manages to regain full guard. Nice work. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Harrikari won't allow Abaddon to sweep him here. Abaddon has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Harrikari off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Both fighters circling a little - Harrikari finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Abaddon lands a nice hook to Harrikari's body. Harrikari takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Abaddon throws a sloppy body shot
enabling Harrikari to counter with a crisp jab. Abaddon takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Harrikari lands the left hand. Harrikari bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Abaddon's head.
Abaddon is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A jab from Abaddon misses. Oh Abaddon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jari Harrikari seems to be getting the better of the standup. Harrikari clinches up against the cage. Harrikari escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Harrikari has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Both fighters circling a little - Harrikari finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. A thudding body kick lands there by Harrikari!
Abaddon is looking to wear down Harrikari with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Harrikari lands a nice leg kick that just misses Abaddon's sensitive parts. Harrikari throws a monster overhand right that drops Abaddon! Harrikari follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jari Harrikari! Jari Harrikari decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
