Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Beretta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bernhard Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beretta comes to the cage accompanied by Hed Pe Raise Hell. Both these fighters are unbeaten, so somebody's 0 has got to go!Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dylan Beretta! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bernhard Taylor! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Alyssa Summers and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Taylor misses. Beretta tries to score a power double leg takedown but Taylor sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Beretta somewhat. Taylor throws a leg kick but Beretta sees it coming and checks it nicely. Taylor gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Taylor avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Beretta trying to move into half guard but instead Taylor has managed to sweep! Taylor wants to control from the top but Beretta keeps moving. Beretta looking for a sweep. Not yet Beretta, not yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beretta escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Taylor gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Beretta has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Taylor preventing the sweep. Beretta lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Taylor! Beretta misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Taylor is in a horrible position here. Beretta smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Taylor is squirming around, avoiding Beretta's attempts to control the action. Beretta throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Taylor avoids a series of strikes thrown by Beretta.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Taylor is trying to escape the mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Beretta throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Taylor because Beretta loaded up on that one. Taylor is squirming around, avoiding Beretta's attempts to control the action. Beretta swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Taylor is now in Beretta's guard. A big mistake from Beretta there, giving up the dominant position! Beretta throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Taylor won't allow Beretta to sweep him here. Beretta is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Beretta trying to control from half guard but Taylor is working away. Beretta wants to pass to mount but Taylor is defending the position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Beretta not landing any meaningful shots this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dylan Beretta dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Taylor works over Beretta's head and body with a nice combination. No joy there for Taylor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Beretta gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Taylor counters with a left to the body. Taylor tries to sprawl out of it but Beretta keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Taylor manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dylan Beretta. That's going to take a lot out of him. Beretta misses with a takedown attempt and Taylor counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Beretta takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Taylor comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Beretta on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Beretta bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Beretta working away. Dylan Beretta overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Beretta is looking to take a break and control but Taylor is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Beretta in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beretta throws an elbow but Taylor slips to the side and avoids it well. Taylor is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Beretta off and has taken his back! Beretta looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Beretta is in bad spot here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Beretta is working hard here to advance position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Taylor biding his time, looking for the opening.
Taylor is trying to stick to Beretta's back but Beretta is turning into Taylor. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Taylor's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Beretta. Beretta trying to control but Taylor is working from the bottom. Beretta working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Beretta looking to sit in guard and control but Taylor gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Beretta is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Beretta is trying to control the position from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Beretta throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Taylor escapes and throws Beretta's legs to the side, diving into side control! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Bernhard Taylor will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Beretta's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Beretta takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. No joy there for Taylor, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A clash of legs there as Beretta blocks the low kick. Dylan Beretta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Beretta showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Taylor.
Beretta closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Beretta falls off balance throwing a combination
and Taylor connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beretta with a poor takedown and Taylor counters with a straight right hand. Beretta shoots for a double leg takedown but Taylor sprawls well. He's pushed Beretta's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Beretta has his takedown stuffed and Taylor counters with a nice uppercut. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dylan Beretta. That's going to take a lot out of him. Beretta with a poor takedown and Taylor counters with a left to the body. Beretta takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Nice body punch from Taylor. Taylor displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Beretta. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Taylor fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A jab lands there for Taylor. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Taylor fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Taylor scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Beretta is rocked! and Taylor counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Beretta! He's just covering up as Taylor starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bernhard Taylor! Bernhard Taylor really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Brute logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
