Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Mitrione (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rev Theory - Light It Up . The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva shoots in and gets a takedown into Mitrione's guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Mitrione lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Silva !
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Mitrione is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Silva is surviving well by controlling Mitrione's body position as best he can.
Silva wants to control but Mitrione is having none of it.
Mitrione moves to back control.
Mitrione working for a choke but Silva is defending well.
Silva is trying to stand back up.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silva is trying escape back to his feet. He turns into his opponent's guard and eventually finds his way back to his feet.
Mitrione feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Silva isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Mitrione stacks Silva on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Mitrione!
Mitrione tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mitrione tries for a kimura but Silva is defending well.
Mitrione working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Silva is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Mitrione off and has taken his back!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva has managed to slip his arm under Mitrione's chin. This could be all over... yep, Mitrione is tapping out! Submission win for Silva .
