Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Desmond Angus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bad Mamajama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Mamajama's choice of entrance music: Who Let The Dogs Out. Bad Mamajama is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bad Mamajama!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angus has closed the distance and engaged Mamajama in a clinch.
Angus pulls Mamajama into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Angus has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Mamajama trying to control the position from guard on top but Angus is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Angus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mamajama on the ground.
Angus pushes Mamajama off and scrambles back to his feet.
Angus shoots in for a double leg but Mamajama sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Angus throws a body punch but Mamajama moves out of range.
Angus tries to land a front kick but Mamajama steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Mamajama tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Angus counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Angus keeps control of Mamajama as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Angus drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mamajama gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Angus breaks from the clinch.
Angus misses with a wild body shot.
Angus dives in and grabs Mamajama's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mamajama pushes down on Angus's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Desmond Angus. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mamajama lands with a nice body punch.
Angus fails with a takedown attempt.
Angus takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Mamajama wants to clinch
and Angus counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Mamajama is trying to break free.
Mamajama is looking to break free of the clinch but Angus has double underhooks.
Angus escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mamajama tests Angus's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Bad Mamajama is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Mamajama tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Angus manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Angus throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mamajama's waist but Mamajama gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Angus off to one side.
Mamajama lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Mamajama is looking to clinch but Angus is avoiding it.
Mamajama stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Mamajama wants to clinch up but Angus keeps it at a distance.
Mamajama moves in looking to clinch but Angus pushes him off.
Mamajama fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Good standup being displayed there by Mamajama as he connects with a hook.

Nice straight punches there by Mamajama. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Mamajama.
Angus keeps the fight on the outside.
Angus is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mamajama sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Angus is breathing heavily.
Mamajama closes the distance but Angus moves to the side
and Angus counters by clinching up.
Angus is working for takedown but Mamajama is calmly controlling the position for now.
Angus is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Mamajama to keep the fight standing.
Angus jumps guard and drags Mamajama to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Mamajama stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Angus swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Mamajama wants to control from the top but Angus keeps moving.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Mamajama looking to sit in guard and control but Angus gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Mamajama looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Angus is defending well. Mamajama quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Angus has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Mamajama celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Bad Mamajama!
Bad Mamajama seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
