Creed comes to the cage accompanied by Apollo Creed, Deck of Jack. Apollo Creed could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Carlos Eduardo's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creed jabbing away but nothing is landing.

It looks like Carlos Eduardo has been cut.
Eduardo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Creed can pounce on him.

Eduardo fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Creed checks it well.
Creed on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Creed misses with an uppercut. Eduardo saw that one coming.

Eduardo throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Apollo Creed will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Creed rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Eduardo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Eduardo connects with a leg kick. Creed looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
