Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Somore Fudge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castle has chosen In Time as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fudge fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Somore Fudge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Castle swings widly with a right hand
and Fudge counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Fudge throws a sloppy body shot
and Castle cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Castle shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fudge pinned against the cage. Fudge gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Castle ducks right into an uppercut from Fudge.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fudge swings for the body but Castle moves out of range.
Fudge throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Castle wants to pass to mount but Fudge is defending the position.

Castle tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Castle has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Castle is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Castle working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Fudge throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Fudge fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Castle, pushing him back against the cage.

Castle breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fudge uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Castle.

Castle shoots in looking for a takedown but Fudge manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Castle's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Fudge throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

A cross from Castle lands.
Fudge throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Castle stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Fudge is looking to wear down Castle with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Fudge is pressed up against the cage. Castle has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Fudge down to the mat. Fudge avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Castle throws the left hand but Fudge avoids the punch easily.

Fudge walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Castle checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Castle swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Fudge takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Castle might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
