Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lock Bresner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Lock Bresner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marcus Rose!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Rose enables Bresner to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rose manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bresner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Bresner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Lock Bresner has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Rose works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Bresner shoots in for a double leg but Rose sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Rose throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bresner.

Bresner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rose's waist but Rose gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bresner off to one side.

Bresner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Rose manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Rose cracks Bresner with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Marcus Rose was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Bresner feints and as Rose raises his hands in defense, Bresner changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Bresner wants to pass the guard but Rose is keeping the position.

That was a close round but I would say that Lock Bresner will probably get the nod.

Bresner is looking to improve his position but Rose isn't that keen on the idea.

Let's hope that Rose has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Rose can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bresner is looking to escape.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Bresner is desperately trying to improve his position but Rose has a good base and remains in mount.
Rose misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Rose tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Bresner wants to hold on but Rose pushes him away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rose content just to control the position here.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Rose. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bresner slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Rose throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Marcus Rose showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

A jab-cross combination lands for Rose and sends Bresner crashing to the mat! Rose follows him down to the mat - Bresner regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rose seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bresner does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Bresner uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rose, as that shot connected.

Bresner postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Rose badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Bresner around the waist but Bresner pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Bresner is the winner by TKO! Bresner jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:22 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lock Bresner!
