The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
JO throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kane.
Kane is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
JO swinging wilding here.
JO misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kane misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
JO throws a jab when Kane was well out of range.
JO throws a combination that misses
and Kane counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Kane breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kane takes one to the chin there.
joe JO seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kane shoots in and bounces JO off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
JO is working an open guard so Kane takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
JO throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kane counters with a flying knee that drops JO! Kane dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!
