Price comes to the cage accompanied by Rotten Apple [Remix] - Prodigy & Sean Price . The key to victory for Sean Price has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sean Price! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mathurin Kerbouchard! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Price digs a good body shot into Kerbouchard's ribs. Kerbouchard throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Price's waist but Price gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kerbouchard off to one side. Kerbouchard closes the distance and clinches up with Price, looking for a takedown. Kerbouchard pushes Price against the cage but Price circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Price throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kerbouchard sees it coming and avoids it easily. Price scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. No joy there for Price, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's one minute gone in the round. Price lands with a nice combination. Kerbouchard backs away looking to recover. Price scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. A left lands for Price. The crowd cheers as Price lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kerbouchard doesn't seem phased though.
Kerbouchard is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kerbouchard ducks straight into an uppercut from Price and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Kerbouchard manages to regain guard straight away.
Kerbouchard is still in real trouble! Can Price finish him? Kerbouchard throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Kerbouchard seems to have recovered his senses.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kerbouchard is looking to regain half guard here but Price keeps moving and retains side control. Price is trying to get an arm triangle but Kerbouchard is defending well. Price in side control, just content to control the action for now.

Kerbouchard looking for submissions off his back. Price is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Kerbouchard sees it coming and defends easily. Kerbouchard slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Price not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Kerbouchard had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Price defends it easily. Price looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Price looking to pass the guard. Kerbouchard wants to hit a switch here but Price passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Kerbouchard there! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kerbouchard stops Price from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looks like Mathurin Kerbouchard has been cut. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kerbouchard. Price with a jab. Sean Price is winning the standup battle so far.

Kerbouchard jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Price is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Price and Kerbouchard has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Kerbouchard is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Price reverses the position - he's now on top in Kerbouchard's guard. Kerbouchard keeping moving, preventing Price from controlling successfully. Kerbouchard working for a triangle but Price defends it easily.

Price wants to pass the guard but Kerbouchard is keeping the position. Kerbouchard has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Price doesn't defend quickly enough and Kerbouchard has managed to lock this one up! Can Price escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Kerbouchard on a fantastic submission victory.
