Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gordus Clay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Clay might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to SCOTLAND THE BRAVE !!!. Ryan Ross is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ross shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Clay cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Clay fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ross, pushing him back against the cage.
Clay pushes Ross back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Ryan Ross has been cut.
Clay gets underhooks to prevent Ross's takedown attempt.
Clay effectively controlling the action here.
Clay lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ross backwards.

Gordus Clay has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Ross.
Clay digs a right hand into Ross's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Ross's gas tank.
Clay working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

Clay has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Ross clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Clay connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Ross to escape the position.
Ross is taking damage to the body and head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Clay is looking to control Ross but Ross is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Ross avoids the strikes from Clay.
Clay lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.
The cut above Ryan Ross's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ryan Ross's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Gordus Clay!
