Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Byakuya Kuchiki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vit Tu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tu's choice of entrance music: Blanket on the ground. Vit Tu has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Byakuya Kuchiki's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Byakuya Kuchiki! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Vit Tu! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kuchiki throws a low kick but it's checked well by Tu. Kuchiki defending well as Tu loads up on a big left hand. Kuchiki dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Tu. That did some damage! Tu checks a low kick from Kuchiki. Tu blocks a head kick by Kuchiki.

Tu on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Tu throws a looping overhand right but Kuchiki ducks down to avoid it. A low kick from Kuchiki misses and Tu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Tu checks a leg kick nicely. Kuchiki fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Tu closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tu lands in his opponent's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tu is pushing down on Kuchiki's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kuchiki is fighting to maintain full guard but Tu has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tu wants to pass to mount but Kuchiki is defending the position. Kuchiki controlling the leg, holding on to half guard. Tu trying to advance position but Kuchiki counters by regaining guard. Tu postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Kuchiki is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Tu, into his guard. Tu working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kuchiki doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kuchiki manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kuchiki is looking to improve his position but Tu isn't that keen on the idea. Tu connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
This has been an exciting period of action! Tu misses with a head shot. Tu lands a heavy elbow. Kuchiki tries to get back to half guard but can't. Tu fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Tu has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Tu lands a big elbow. A nice elbow there by Tu.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tu throwing strikes here but Kuchiki is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.

Tu with shots to the head and body - Kuchiki looks very uncomfortable down there. Tu with a couple of short strikes. Tu working the ground and pound effectively.
Kuchiki is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Tu unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Kuchiki wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Tu celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vit Tu! Vit Tu is the new light heavyweight champion! Vit Tu gave a mention to Milwaukee's Best 160 SALE $150 in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
