Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mason Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Attonitto Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kelly throws a head kick but Silva moves out of range.
Kelly throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Silva's head.

Silva shoots for a takedown but Kelly saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Mason Kelly is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kelly but Kelly pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Kelly feints a jab promting Silva to slip. Kelly then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Silva slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Mason Kelly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Silva is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Kelly looks calm but he's in trouble here. Silva gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Kelly is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Silva lets go of the hold and Kelly can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Attonitto Silva!
Attonitto Silva is the new featherweight champion!
Attonitto Silva decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
