Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eugene Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson has chosen Lil Wayne - Hustler Musik as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Eugene Jackson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Teller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eugene Jackson! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Reed Andrews and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Teller fails with a takedown attempt. Teller shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jackson as he avoids it easily. Teller closes the distance and clinches up with Jackson, looking for a takedown. Teller pushes Jackson against the cage but Jackson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Teller. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jackson stuffs the takedown attempt from Teller. Teller gets slowly back to his feet. Teller circles away from the clinch attempt and Teller counters with a shoot takedown. Jackson fights it but they end up in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Teller drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Teller jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Jackson wants to stand but Teller is controlling the position. Teller might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Jackson keeping full guard, as Teller tries to pass. Teller slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Teller working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Teller. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Teller is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jackson has escaped the position, nice work there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Teller decides to stand back up. Teller throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jackson's waist but Jackson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Teller off to one side. Teller fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Teller shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jackson pinned against the cage. Jackson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson tries to clinch but Teller moves out of range. Jackson moves to clinch but Teller breaks away and Teller counters with a takedown into side control. Teller has hold of Jackson's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Jackson tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Teller cranks the arm and Jackson screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Jackson, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Jack Teller!
