Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tour Ment (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knockout King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tour Ment! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 16 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Knockout King! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Ivan Kurochkin and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ment throws the left hand but King avoids the punch easily. Ment feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to King's calf. King throws a series of punches but Ment avoids them all with ease. Ment with a jab. Ment closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming King to the mat! King manages to get full guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Ment trying to control the position from guard on top but King is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ment gets to his feet - King follows without any prompting. King showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ment.
Knockout King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ment just misses with a punch to the body.
Ment is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in King's half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ment working over King with some ground and pound. King looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Ment wants to lay and pray for a moment but King keeps working. King wants to get back to his feet.

King lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ment circles away quickly and effectively. Ment closes the distance and clinches. Ment stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. King looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Ment scores with a nice hook to the head. King wants to break free but Ment has control.
Ment effectively controlling the action here. King is trying to force a seperation but Ment has the dominant position. King is trying to break the clinch but Ment is controlling him. Ment lands with a short head shot on the inside. King tries to break free but Ment pushes him back against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A short right from Ment on the inside. Ment lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Ment pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Sloppy strikes from Ment. Those never looked like landing. King blocks a head kick by Ment.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A cross from Ment lands. Some wild striking there from King.
Ment catches King with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! King misses with a two punch combination.
Ment throws an overhand right that lands on King's shoulder, as King tries to avoid the shot. King throws a right and a left that both miss. King showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ment.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! A right-left combo lands from King.
It looks like Tour Ment has been cut. Ment throws a right hand that King ducks under and follows up with a left that King also avoids with ease. King throws a right and a left that both miss. King takes a head kick and keeps coming.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ment lands with a hook. King tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Ment is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Ment darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. King is trying to stand up here but Ment is controlling him well. King is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ment scores with a couple of nice shots. Ment decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. King misses with a double jab

King is breathing heavily. Ment is taking a breather. King says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Ment seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The referee is keeping an eye on Ment - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Ment lands a nice elbow from the clinch. A short uppercut from Ment. Ment lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Ment has dropped down and is working for a takedown. King is trying to keep an underhook but Ment manages to get the takedown into half guard. King is not content to let Ment control the position. Ment has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ment stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows King to get to his feet. King misses with a double jab.
King is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Is there anything that King can do to turn this around? Ment working some nice short punches in the clinch. King tries to break the clinch but Ment is controlling the position. Ment lands with a right to the head. King is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. King is trying to break free. King is trying to break the clinch but Ment has him pressed against the cage. Ment breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Ment is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for King! Ment working for a submission but King is keeping him at bay. Ment raining down hammerfists from mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. King's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Ment looking to control but King is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Ment is going oldschool here, as he tries to force King to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so King shrugs it off. Ment has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of King's face.

King is bucking up trying to escape but Ment cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Ment with shots to the head and body - King looks very uncomfortable down there. King is in a horrible position here. Ment smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Tour Ment dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Tour Ment's cut. That's time! Ment's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Ment throws a head kick that King semi-blocks.
Ment pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Ment throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. King tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ment is in King's guard. King is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ment is controlling him. King is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Ment dives into side control.
King pushes Ment away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Ment gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. King is not in a great position here, taking some shots. King taking punishment in the form of punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ment is putting a hurting on King here, landing some big shots from side control. Ment lands an elbow.
King is rocked! Ment decides to stand back up. Ment steps back and let's King get back to his feet. King takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. A punch combination from King misses. Ment looks to throw the jab but King is out of range. King on the wrong end of a nice hook. King is still on wobbly legs! Can Ment finish him? King misses with a few strikes there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ment lands a hook that stumbles King back into the cage. Ment follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping King to the canvas! Ment pounces and lands several unanswered shots - King has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
