Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kel Varnsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Raffinksi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Igor Raffinksi will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kel Varnsen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Igor Raffinksi! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Winston Howard and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Varnsen fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Varnsen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Varnsen takes one to the chin there. Varnsen staying out of range there. Varnsen slips under a jab. Raffinksi lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Kel Varnsen has been cut. Raffinksi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Varnsen was well out of range. Poor timing from Raffinksi. Raffinksi cracks Varnsen with a right hand to the side of the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Raffinksi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Varnsen. Varnsen shoots in and bounces Raffinksi off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Raffinksi can do anything to dispel that myth. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Raffinksi preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Raffinksi looking to hit a scissor sweep but Varnsen is one step ahead there. Varnsen looking to pass the guard. Raffinksi is looking to sweep but instead, Varnsen has passed into half guard.
Varnsen missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Varnsen throwing shots but Raffinksi is blocking nicely. Raffinksi blocking the ground and pound attempt from Varnsen. Varnsen looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Varnsen throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Raffinksi really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Varnsen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Varnsen works his way into full mount! Varnsen controlling his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Varnsen pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Varnsen controlling from the full mount. This has been an exciting period of action! Varnsen looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Raffinksi is squirming around, avoiding Varnsen's attempts to control the action. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Varnsen looking to finish Raffinksi with some ground and pound. This is bad for Raffinksi!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Varnsen looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Varnsen has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Raffinksi's face.
Varnsen trying to control but Raffinksi is having none of it. Raffinksi tries to reverse the position but Varnsen maintains control. Raffinksi in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Varnsen cracks Raffinksi with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Varnsen landing shots from mount. Varnsen could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Varnsen is in the full mount, landing strikes. Varnsen lands a big shot there that rocks Raffinksi but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Raffinksi wants to control but Varnsen is having none of it. Varnsen working away from the top, dropping strikes. Varnsen landing strikes, looking to finish! Varnsen lands a nice shot to the head. Raffinksi is trying to stand up. Raffinksi looks gassed! The referee warns Raffinksi that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Varnsen unloading with bombs! Varnsen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Varnsen looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Varnsen lands a nice shot to the head. Varnsen is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Raffinksi can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Varnsen connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kel Varnsen dominated that round. The cut man is working on Kel Varnsen's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Varnsen shoots in for a takedown but Raffinksi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Varnsen drives through with a takedown into guard. Varnsen scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Varnsen advances position into side control! Varnsen lands a few punches from side control. Varnsen lands an elbow. Varnsen landing strikes. Varnsen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Raffinksi keeps working. Varnsen moves into full mount! This has been an exciting period of action! Varnsen scores with a couple of good head shots there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Varnsen working away from the top, dropping strikes. Varnsen lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Varnsen lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Raffinksi hang on?
Raffinksi is rocked! Varnsen looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Raffinksi is still in real trouble! Can Varnsen finish him? Varnsen postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Raffinksi badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Varnsen around the waist but Varnsen pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Varnsen is the winner by TKO! Varnsen jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
