Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrei Marshall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Carvalho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marshall kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is BLEED IT OUT. Daniel Carvalho told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Felipe Paraventi and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marshall avoids the body shot from Carvalho.
Carvalho circles away from the clinch attempt
enabling Carvalho to counter with a crisp jab.
Carvalho looks to land a left hand but Marshall moved out of range nicely.
Marshall tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Carvalho counters with a straight right hand.
Marshall moves away from the strike by Carvalho.
Marshall blocks a jab.
Carvalho uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Marshall has time to react.
Marshall throws a head kick but Carvalho moves out of range.
Marshall tries to clinch but Carvalho moves away
and Carvalho counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Marshall wants to clinch but Carvalho slips to the side
and Carvalho counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Carvalho tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Marshall looks to clinch
and Carvalho counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Marshall moves in looking to clinch but Carvalho pushes him off.
The fighters circling - Carvalho throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Carvalho misses with a wild body shot.
Carvalho shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Marshall wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Carvalho.
Carvalho throws some wild stikes that Marshall manages to avoid easily.

Carvalho lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Carvalho connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Carvalho has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Carvalho cracks Marshall with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Carvalho is landing with some decent strikes but Marshall is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Carvalho lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Marshall! Carvalho sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Marshall and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
