PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tolek Banan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clean Jaude Damn Vame (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damn Vame has chosen Fight to Survive as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Vladimir Khabensky and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Damn Vame misses its intended target.
Banan throws a big shot that misses.
Damn Vame takes a jab right on the kisser.
Damn Vame looks to land a body kick but Banan moved away.
Damn Vame finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Banan misses with a double jab.

Banan landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Damn Vame wants to control but Banan is keeping busy and won't allow it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Banan drops back, looking for a kneebar! Damn Vame looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Damn Vame looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Damn Vame!

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Damn Vame lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Banan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Banan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tolek Banan will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
