Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ted Coke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Luiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coke comes to the cage accompanied by Cocaine. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ted Coke! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Luiz! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Luiz closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Coke to the mat! Coke manages to get full guard. Coke is looking to stand up but Luiz isn't so interested in that idea. Coke avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Luiz scoring with some ground and pound. Luiz controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Coke utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Coke keeping full guard, as Luiz tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Luiz throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luiz throwing strikes from guard but Coke blocks nicely. Coke wants to stand up but Luiz is controlling him. Luiz throws a big elbow that misses. Coke is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Luiz postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Coke tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Luiz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Coke swivels though and keeps the full guard. Luiz with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Coke is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Luiz postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Coke looking for a guillotine here but Luiz defends easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Luiz postures up in Coke's guard and throws a big left but Coke blocks it. Luiz throws an elbow that misses. Coke uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Luiz's guard. Nice move by Coke! Coke has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Luiz is proving hard to escape from. Luiz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Luiz pushes Coke off and scrambles back to his feet.
Coke lands a front kick. Luiz throws a body punch but Coke moves out of range. Ted Coke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Coke tries to clinch up. Coke tries to close the distance and clinch up but Luiz swats him away and circles back towards the center. Luiz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Luiz throws a looping overhand right but Coke ducks down to avoid it. Coke defending well as Luiz loads up on a big left hand. Luiz bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Coke's head backwards. Coke doesn't succeed with the takedown and Luiz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Coke shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Luiz defends it nicely. Nice cross by Coke. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Coke throws a head kick that misses. Luiz misses with a straight right. Luiz uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Coke. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
David Luiz dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Coke shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Luiz shoots in looking for a takedown. Coke tries to sprawl out of it but Luiz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Coke manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Luiz tries to move into range but Coke moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Luiz feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Cokes jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Coke misses with a looping right. Ted Coke is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Luiz just misses with a punch to the body.
Luiz fails with an attempt to clinch.
Luiz tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Coke was well out of range. Poor timing from Luiz. Luiz throws an off balance right hand
and Luiz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Luiz swings widly with a right hand
and Coke counters with a lovely straight right hand! Luiz throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Coke counter with a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Coke takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Coke shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Luiz eats them both and turns towards Coke to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Coke misses with a head kick.
Coke rushes Luiz and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Luiz looking for a takedown. Coke breaks from the clinch.
Luiz tries to close the distance and clinch but Coke swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Luiz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Coke to score with a decent uppercut. Luiz shoots in looking for a takedown. Coke tries to sprawl out of it but Luiz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Coke manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Ted Coke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Luiz. No joy there for Coke, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Luiz misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Coke shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Luiz pinned against the cage. Luiz gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Coke throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Luiz's waist but Luiz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Coke off to one side. Coke swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Luiz. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Luiz fails to land the takedown. Luiz slips a jab from Coke. Luiz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Coke tries to avoid it but Luiz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Coke to the ground. Coke escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Coke lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Coke displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Luiz throws out the jab. Coke lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Coke has his takedown stuffed and Luiz counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Luiz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Coke as he jumps to the side. Luiz shoots in looking for a takedown. Coke tries to sprawl out of it but Luiz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Coke manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Luiz throws a poor cross that misses
and Coke counters with a flying knee. Nice. Luiz misses with a jab, cross combination.
Coke gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Luiz to score an easy takedown into full guard. Luiz is breathing heavily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Coke manages to escape and get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Coke connects with a jab. Coke scores with a hook to the body. Luiz takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Coke has a takedown stuffed. Luiz tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Coke was well out of range. Poor timing from Luiz. Ted Coke is winning the standup battle so far. Coke connects with a body shot. Coke tries to close the distance and clinch up but Luiz swats him away and circles back towards the center. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Luiz shoots for a double leg takedown but Coke sprawls well. He's pushed Luiz's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Luiz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Coke moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Coke moves in looking to clinch but Luiz pushes him off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ted Coke dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Coke fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Nice uppercut there from Coke. Coke has taken the fight to the clinch.
Luiz drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Coke gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Luiz has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Coke avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Luiz wants to take the fight to the mat but Coke manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Ted Coke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Luiz. Luiz is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Luiz drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Coke has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Luiz uses from the top position. Coke is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Coke trying to pass the guard but Luiz defending well.

Trouble for Luiz! David Luiz has got the better of the ground game so far. Luiz working to try and regain half guard.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Luiz bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Coke escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Luiz gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Ted Coke! Ted Coke decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
