Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Reaper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Lashley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack Reaper! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bobby Lashley! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reaper shoots for a double leg takedown but Lashley sprawls well. He's pushed Reaper's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Lashley closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lashley lands in his opponent's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Reaper pulls Lashley in close to prevent any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Reaper has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Lashley throwing strikes but missing. Reaper could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Lashley showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Lashley won't allow Reaper to sweep him here. Lashley is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Reaper working a defensive guard here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reaper looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Lashley wanted to stand there but Reaper had control of the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Reaper fails with the takedown and Lashley counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Reaper! Lashley wants to control the pace but Reaper is squirming around nicely. Reaper tries to hold on but Lashley postures up. Lashley has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Reaper's face.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lashley tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Reaper tries to get back to half guard but can't. Lashley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Reaper. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Reaper is breathing heavily. Lashley content just to control the position here. Reaper is desperately trying to improve his position but Lashley has a good base and remains in mount. Reaper looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Lashley seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Lashley passes to side control. Reaper tries to bench press Lashley off him but Lashley keeps the position. Lashley just content to control the position.
Despite being in the dominant position, Bobby Lashley just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Reaper gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily so Lashley counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Reaper. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Reaper has his takedown stuffed and Lashley counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Reaper! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lashley with shots to the head and body - Reaper looks very uncomfortable down there. Bobby Lashley has got the better of the ground game so far. Reaper is squirming around, avoiding Lashley's attempts to control the action.

Reaper Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Lashley's back instead. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Lashley trying to control the action but Reaper just sinks the hooks in.
