Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ringo laTrain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Tavares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ringo laTrain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, John Tavares! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tavares throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and laTrain counters with a head kick. Tavares connects with a body shot. An inside leg kick lands from laTrain. Tavares stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from laTrain. Tavares fails to land with a series of punches.
laTrain dodges the punch combination from Tavares.
Tavares misses with a wild body shot. laTrain tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. laTrain bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Tavares taking punishment in the form of punches.
This has been an exciting period of action! Tavares is looking to work his way out of this bad position but laTrain is controlling him well. laTrain working the ground and pound from side control. laTrain looks up at the clock and then as Tavares takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, laTrain smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Tavares is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. laTrain scores with a couple of short elbows. laTrain cracks Tavares with a big elbow. Tavares really doesn't want to stay on the ground with laTrain. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Tavares tries to bench press laTrain off him but laTrain keeps the position. laTrain happy to just control the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. laTrain has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. laTrain is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Tavares looks calm but he's in trouble here. laTrain gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Tavares is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! laTrain lets go of the hold and Tavares can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ringo laTrain!
