Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Balig Murska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marc Woite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murska comes into the arena with Perhosveitsi-Heikki & Lika-Aki - Aakkoset blaring out of the sound system. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marc Woite!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murska lands a nice leg kick that just misses Woite's sensitive parts.
Woite shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Murska swings for the body but Woite moves out of range.
Murska walks into a straight right hand from Woite.
It looks like Balig Murska has been cut.
Murska throws a nice inside leg kick.
A low kick from Woite misses
enabling Murska to counter with a crisp jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Murska throws an overhand right that lands on Woite's shoulder, as Woite tries to avoid the shot.
Murska connects with a body shot that sends Woite's belly button to the back.
Murska is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
No joy there for Murska, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Woite throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Murska thuds his shin into the meat of Woite's side.
Woite moves away from the strike by Murska.
Murska keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Murska tries to bum rush Woite with a series of wild strikes but Woite uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Woite swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Murska counters with an inside leg kick.
Woite displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Murska throws out the jab.
Murska scores with a jab.
Woite tries to land a leg kick but Murska saw it coming and moves away.
Woite lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Woite scores with a one two! Murska had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Woite misses with a head kick.
Balig Murska seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Woite takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Murska scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Woite doesn't seem bothered though.
Woite fails to land with a series of punches.
A telegraphed right hand from Murska misses the target.
Murska looks to score with a jab to the body but Woite is just out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Murska cracks Woite with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Woite looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Murska finish him?
Woite is rocked!
Murska avoids the head kick by Woite.
Woite is still on wobbly legs! Can Murska finish him?
Murska lands an uppercut, right on the button! Woite tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Balig Murska!
Balig Murska took his opportunity to call for a title shot in his post fight interview.
