The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vieira looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Silva is fending him off so far but Vieira persists. Nope, Silva circles away and we're back to standing.
Silva looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Vieira shoots in looking for a takedown but Silva manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Vieira's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Silva throws a head kick that misses.
Silva clinches with his opponent.
Silva is trying to trip Vieira. He has hold of a leg but Vieira is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Silva persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Vieira looking for a triangle here. Silva is fighting it but it looks tight! Vieira pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Silva is tapping out - this one is all over!
