Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Andrew Wall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Chris Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson misses with a takedown attempt - Wall sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Jackson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wall is fending him off so far but Jackson persists. Nope, Wall circles away and we're back to standing.
Wall lands a two punch combo.
Wall lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jackson circles away quickly and effectively.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jackson is defended easily by Wall.
Andrew Wall has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Jackson.
Wall misses with a wild combination.
Wall misses with a low kick.
Wall throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jackson misses with a takedown attempt - Wall sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jackson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Jackson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Wall defends it nicely.

Jackson shoots in and bounces Wall off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Wall is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Wall is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Wall is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jackson defends well.
Jackson wants to control from the top but Wall keeps moving.

Wall is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Jackson frees his head nicely. Oh but Wall has switched to an armbar! Jackson is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
