The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Steve Montenegro and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drogo scores with a kick to the body.
Bruno Von Braun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Von Braun throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Drogo counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Von Braun misses the jab.
Drogo tries a head kick but it misses.
Drogo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Drogo scores with a spinning back kick!
Von Braun moves out of range as Drogo throws a body kick.
Von Braun throws a leg kick that is checked
and Drogo counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Drogo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Von Braun could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Von Braun shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Drogo napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Von Braun sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Drogo is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Von Braun has an Americana. Drogo didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Von Braun is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Von Braun hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
