Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bam Neely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Peiser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bam Neely! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, King Peiser! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksandr Martynov and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neely shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Peiser punching from the bottom.
Neely passes to full mount! Peiser is working to get back to half guard.
Neely moves to take his opponent's back. Peiser turns into Neely and is now in his guard.
Neely wants to sweep here but Peiser controlling him for the moment. Neely throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Neely wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peiser throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Peiser trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Neely keeping moving, preventing Peiser from controlling successfully. Peiser throws a strike but Neely rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Neely pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Peiser is keeping the position for now. Neely wants to control from the top but Peiser keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neely trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Neely preventing the sweep. Peiser is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Peiser is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Neely is aware though and is defending well. Neely postures up.
Peiser can't keep his opponent in guard - Neely advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Neely wants to take a breather but Peiser is having none of it. Neely wants to work for an arm triangle but Peiser is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Peiser keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Neely prevents Peiser from improving his position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Peiser can do anything to dispel that myth. Neely is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Neely looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Neely looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Neely is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Peiser doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Neely. Peiser is in trouble now - Neely has advanced to mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Peiser tries to lock up and control but Neely gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Neely working for a guillotine from mount but Peiser is in no mood to give up. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Neely looking for a guillotine from mount but Peiser is having none of it. Peiser tries to hold on but Neely pushes him away. Neely fails to advance to Peiser's back. Peiser really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Neely. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Peiser is trying desperately to improve position. Neely wants to control the pace but Peiser is squirming around nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bam Neely dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Neely drives through with a takedown into guard. Neely advances position into side control! Neely tries to advance to mount but Peiser denies him. Peiser tries to buck Neely off but Neely is having none of it. Neely stands up. A jab from Peiser misses. Excellent takedown into side control there by Peiser. Peiser looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Neely is avoiding damage well.
Neely managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Peiser.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peiser scores with punches from side control. Neely manages to work his way to half guard, despite Peiser's best efforts. Bam Neely overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Neely is refusing to be controlled, as Peiser sits in half guard. Neely keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Neely is looking to control Peiser's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Neely avoid being mounted? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Peiser wants to lay and pray for a moment but Neely keeps working. Peiser not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Peiser not doing much here.
Peiser thows a huge punch but Neely dodges it nicely.
Peiser is just content to waste time from the top position. Neely takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Peiser connects with a couple of short punches. Peiser must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Peiser trying to control but Neely is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Peiser postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Neely is trying to control the position but Peiser postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Peiser throws an elbow that misses. Neely uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Peiser's guard. Nice move by Neely! Neely stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Peiser swivels though and keeps the full guard. Neely trying to control but Peiser is working from the bottom. Peiser looking for a sweep. Not yet Peiser, not yet. Neely pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Peiser is keeping the position for now. Peiser is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Neely trying to control but Peiser is working from the bottom. Neely stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Peiser swivels though and keeps the full guard. Peiser is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Bam Neely. Neely looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Neely is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Peiser is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
