Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tim Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Codeywade Fabinal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Codeywade Fabinal!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fabinal displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Fabinal looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Fabinal!
Fabinal fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Ross fails with a takedown attempt.
Ross fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Ross lands with a nice body punch.
Fabinal leaves Ross with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Ross misses with a double jab.
Ross shoots in looking for a takedown. Fabinal tries to sprawl out of it but Ross keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fabinal manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Ross shoots in and gets a takedown into Fabinal's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Ross decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Fabinal, up you get!

Ross shoots in for a takedown but Fabinal shows good takedown defense.
Fabinal takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Ross throws a head kick that Fabinal semi-blocks.
Fabinal throws a combination that misses

and Ross holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Fabinal stops a takedown attempt from Ross.

Ross jumps guard.

Fabinal drops back looking for a leg! Ross is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ross manages to kick Fabinal off! Fabinal jumps back into Ross's guard.

Ross pushes Fabinal off and scrambles back to his feet.

Fabinal fails to land with a series of punches.
Ross fails with the takedown.
Fabinal looks to land a combination but Ross avoids it well.
Fabinal misses with a combination
and Ross counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Fabinal is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Ross really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Fabinal throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ross connects with a crisp jab.
Fabinal on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ross. Ross obviously looking to wear him down.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ross throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fabinal's waist but Fabinal gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ross off to one side.
Ross dodges the punch combination from Fabinal.
Ross shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fabinal as he jumps to the side.
Codeywade Fabinal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fabinal swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Ross counters by clinching up.
Ross keeps control of Fabinal as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Fabinal is trying to break the clinch but Ross has him pressed against the cage.
Fabinal tries to break the clinch but Ross is controlling the position.
Ross tries for a takedown but Fabinal manages to get underhooks.

Ross breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Fabinal looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Ross lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

Ross clinches up with Fabinal and pushes him back against the cage.
Fabinal wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Ross tightens his grip and picks Fabinal up, before dumping him to the ground. Fabinal manages to land in guard.
Ross's corner is telling him to maintain position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fabinal wants to stand and escape but Ross is having none of it.
Ross controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

We're going to have a standup here because Tim Ross wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Ross misses with the combination.
Fabinal scores with a three punch combo!
A combination from Ross does no damage.
Fabinal swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ross avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Fabinal. Those never looked like landing.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tim Ross dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Ross content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Fabinal is looking to break free of the clinch but Ross has double underhooks.
Ross goes for a takedown attempt but Fabinal pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Fabinal throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ross.
Ross shoots in but no luck this time.
Fabinal slaps away a takedown attempt from Ross, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Ross shoots for a takedown but Fabinal saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ross closes the distance and clinches up with Fabinal, looking for a takedown. Ross pushes Fabinal against the cage but Fabinal circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Ross shoots in and drives through. Fabinal sprawls well.

Ross fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fabinal has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Fabinal throws a right and a left that both miss.
Fabinal swinging wildly here.
Fabinal misses with a few strikes there.
Fabinal fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Ross gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Ross breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Ross closes the distance and pushes Fabinal back into the cage.
Ross wants a takedown but no success here.
Fabinal is trying to push Ross away but Ross has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Ross pulls guard effortlessly.
Ross looking for a sweep. Not yet Ross, not yet.
Fabinal wanted to stand there but Ross had control of the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fabinal is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Fabinal drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Fabinal as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Ross screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Fabinal! Nice submission victory there!

A pretty intense looking Codeywade Fabinal took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
