Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lagutin throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
It looks like Jason Woods has been cut.
Woods tries to clinch up but Lagutin circles away and keeps his distance.
Woods fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lagutin, pushing him back against the cage.
Lagutin is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Woods is defending well.
Woods gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Lagutin.
Lagutin is looking for a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nikolai Lagutin. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Woods tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Woods swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Lagutin has Woods pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Woods manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Woods is pressed up against the cage. Lagutin has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Woods down to the mat. Woods avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Woods gets through Lagutin's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Woods makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Woods lands with a light punch inside.
Woods lands a left hand that snaps the head of Lagutin backwards.
A body shot lands from Woods.

Woods lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Lagutin to his knees! Woods keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!

Jason Woods spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
