Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Most Valuable Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kohaku Ryota (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Most Valuable Boxer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kohaku Ryota! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryota clinches up against the cage. Ryota is trying to stall.
Boxer doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Ryota blocks a body shot from Boxer. A head punch blocked on the inside by Ryota. Boxer tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Boxer scores with an uppercut up the middle. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Ryota with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Ryota blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Boxer goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Boxer. Boxer throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Ryotas head. Ryota blocks an uppercut.
Boxer lands a left hand.
Ryota tries to pull guard but Boxer holds him up against the cage and eventually Ryota drops back down to his feet.
Boxer lands with a right to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. A short body shot lands from Boxer as the two fighters clinch.
Ryota wants to stall.
Boxer misses with a punch on the inside.
Boxer lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Boxer throws a head punch that misses. Ryota should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Boxer lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Ryota tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Boxer smiles and moves away.
Boxer fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ryota, pushing him back against the cage. Boxer misses with some punches.
Boxer digs a right hand underneath Ryota's ribcage. Ryota let out a lung full of air as it connected. Nice body punch from Boxer - that landed with a thud.
Ryota trying to control the position but instead, Boxer has worked for underhooks and has pushed Ryota into the cage. Ryota blocks an uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ryota tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Boxer prevents the takedown attempt.
Most Valuable Boxer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kohaku Ryota. Boxer lands a right hand that snaps the head of Ryota backwards. Boxer scores with an uppercut up the middle. Ryota decides to pull guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Ryota controlling Boxer's posture. Boxer trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Boxer wanted to stand there but Ryota had control of the position. Boxer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Ryota managing to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Boxer has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Ryota is proving hard to escape from.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Boxer gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Boxer working some nice short punches in the clinch. Boxer tries to throw a body punch but Ryota avoids it by throwing Boxer back against the cage. Boxer misses with a hook from the clinch. A left hand lands to the body for Boxer.
Boxer swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Ryota is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Boxer is defending well for now. Ryota blocking some punches.

Boxer lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ryota pulls guard effortlessly. Ryota pulls Boxer in close to prevent any damage. Boxer knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ryota on the ground. Boxer is posturing up here but Ryota has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Boxer tries to roll out but it's too tight and Boxer has to tap! Slick submission there by Ryota!
