Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gerard Loomsville!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loomsville misses with the combination.
Brawler doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Loomsville scores with a jab. Brawler acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Loomsville throws a series of punches but Brawler avoids them all with ease.
Loomsville fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Loomsville misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Brawler.

Loomsville swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Loomsville looks to score with a jab to the body but Brawler is just out of range.
Loomsville misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Loomsville ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Brawler moves away.
Gerard Loomsville is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Brawler gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Loomsville thuds a left hand into Brawler's body.
Loomsville bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Loomsville lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Brawler backs up against the cage.

Loomsville gets caught flat footed, as Brawler shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Loomsville preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Loomsville looking to hit a scissor sweep but Brawler is one step ahead there.

Brawler thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Brawler passes easily into side control. Nice work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Brawler is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Loomsville is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Brawler thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Loomsville really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brawler. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Brawler misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

The strikes coming from Brawler are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Brawler works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Loomsville is looking for a sweep.

Brawler thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Brawler working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Brawler has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Loomsville!
Brawler cracks Loomsville with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Brawler working for a submission but Loomsville is keeping him at bay.

Brawler goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Loomsville turns into him and now he's in Brawler's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Loomsville is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Gerard Loomsville will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Loomsville lands a nice looking body shot.
Loomsville throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Brawler crashing down! Brawler tries to stagger back to his feet but Loomsville just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Brawler asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gerard Loomsville!
