And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, So Hai!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Matheus Silva and Felipe Paraventi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wrestler has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Hai.
Wrestler takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

and Wrestler counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hai won't be happy with that.
Hai is not content to let Wrestler control the position.

Wrestler seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hai does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Hai takes a little break here. Wrestler wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hai has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Hai is pushing down on Wrestler's leg trying to pass to half guard. Wrestler is fighting to maintain full guard but Hai has managed to sneak the leg through.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hai in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Wrestler tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Hai!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). So Hai!
During a confident post fight interview, So Hai thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
