And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Chris Edwards and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva connects with a body shot that sends Sobotta's belly button to the back.
A right-left combo lands from Silva.
Sobotta takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Silva throws a nice looking combination but Sobotta bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Sobotta bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Sobotta tries for a kimura but Silva is defending well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Silva is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Sobotta has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Sobotta working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Sobotta wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Silva, who protects the arm well.
Sobotta has hold of Silva's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Silva seems comfortable defending it but Sobotta has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Silva is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Silva is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Sobotta couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Peter Sobotta!
