Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pinoh Kino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buuu KU (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pinoh Kino! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Buuu KU! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! KU wants to clinch up but Kino keeps it at a distance. Kino closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. KU did well to prevent Kino getting side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. KU trying to hold on to Kino's head to control him but Kino postures up.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Kino wants to pass to mount but KU is defending the position. KU tries to roll over but Kino keeps him under control. Kino content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Pinoh Kino. Kino tries for a takedown but KU circles away easily and KU counters with a series of strikes. Kino will be more careful next time no doubt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kino drives through and clinches with KU against the cage.
Kino is defending well against a takedown attempt. Kino will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning KU up against the cage. KU scores with a knee to the head.
Kino is trying to break free. Kino's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. KU throws a right and a left that Kino avoids nicely. Kino manages to get an easy takedown there - catching KU on his heels. He'll look to pass KU's guard now, I'm sure. Kino trying to control but KU is working from the bottom. KU is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kino trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kino preventing the sweep. KU is working an open guard so Kino takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. KU works over Kino's head and body with a nice combination. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! KU throws a half hearted mid kick. A good leg kick by Kino. KU looks gassed! Kino tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. The fight stays on the outside here - Kino looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Kino feints and as KU raises his hands in defense, Kino changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. KU working for a triangle but Kino defends it easily.
Kino decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. KU tries to close the distance and clinch but Kino swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. KU throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kino counters with a stiff right hand. Kino lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. KU shoots in but Kino avoids the takedown attempt easily. A momentary lapse in concentration from Kino enables KU to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kino manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. KU showing good wrestling skills to control the position. KU trying to control the position from guard on top but Kino is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. KU stopping the sweep attempt from Kino. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pinoh Kino dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
KU shoots and misses and Kino counters with a nice double leg into guard. KU is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. KU working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kino doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kino manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. KU is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Kino defends well. Kino stopping the sweep attempt from KU. Kino drops back looking for a leg! KU is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and KU manages to kick Kino off! Kino jumps back into KU's guard. Pinoh Kino overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. KU is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kino is stalling in the full guard. Kino is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Kino wants to pass the guard but KU is keeping the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. KU looking to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kino connects with a couple of short punches. Kino wants to control from the top but KU keeps moving. Kino wants to pass the guard but KU is keeping the position. KU has an active guard here but Kino has managed to pass into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. KU trying to control but Kino postures up.
Kino trying to control the pace. KU wants to get back to full guard. Kino decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kino darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Kino is trying to control. KU wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Kino is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because KU is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. KU is positioning himself well to prevent Kino advancing to mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Pinoh Kino wasn't doing enough on the ground. KU throws a head kick that half lands.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Pinoh Kino dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
KU is looking to land body kicks. KU darts in and clinches Kino up against the cage. Kino is trying to push KU away but KU has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Kino goes for a takedown attempt but KU pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Kino tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from KU. KU is trying to break the clinch but Kino is controlling him. KU pulls guard effortlessly. KU takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kino trying to control but KU is working from the bottom. KU escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kino gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. KU is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. KU keeping full guard, as Kino tries to pass. KU is wriggling around but Kino manages to pass to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kino is figuring out what he wants to do next. KU is looking to improve his position.
Still in half guard, Kino seems content to control. Kino seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down KU for as long as he can get away with. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kino connects with a nice short shot to KU's temple.
That's three minutes gone in the round. KU wants to control but Kino is keeping busy.
Kino is trying to work for a kimura but KU is defending well.
Kino passes to full mount! Kino with a couple of short strikes. KU is trying desperately to improve position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kino controlling the position easily from mount. Kino manages to capitalize on a mistake by KU to take his back! KU has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. KU tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Kino lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. KU can't escape the position.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pinoh Kino. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kino, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
