Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kimbo Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kent Hytten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hytten has chosen Wait and Bleed as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kimbo Slice! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kent Hytten! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hytten wants to clinch up but Slice keeps it at a distance. Hytten slow jab from Slice misses its intended target. A nice inside leg kick there by Hytten. That's going to slow Slice down. Hytten tries to close the distance and clinch up but Slice swats him away and circles back towards the center. Slice walks into a left hand. Hytten feints and as Slice raises his hands in defense, Hytten changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hytten is looking to stand up but Slice won't let him. Slice wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Hytten manages to pass to side control. Hytten is tying to control. Slice wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Slice is looking for a sweep. Hytten is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Slice is trying to stand back up but Hytten is controlling him
Hytten keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Hytten trying to mount his opponent but Slice defends it. Slice might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Slice is looking to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Slice avoids the head kick by Hytten.
Hytten shoots in for a takedown but Slice shows good takedown defense. Kent Hytten seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Slice fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Slice tries to keep at a distance but Hytten has taken the fight into the clinch. Hytten content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Hytten fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Slice has Hytten pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Hytten manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Slice escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Slice keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Kimbo Slice has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kent Hytten. Slice feints and as Hytten raises his hands in defense, Slice changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Slice wanted to stand there but Hytten had control of the position. Slice is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hytten looking to control.
Hytten wants to sweep here but Slice controlling him for the moment. Slice would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Hytten is on top in guard.
Slice manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Slice misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Hytten tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Slice swivels and escapes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Slice swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Slice misses with a few strikes there.
Slice lands a big shot that drops Hytten! Can he finish him?
It looks like Kent Hytten has been cut. Slice wants to stand but Hytten is controlling his posture from full guard. Slice gets to his feet - Hytten follows without any prompting. Slice looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hytten is fending him off so far but Slice persists. Nope, Hytten circles away and we're back to standing. Slice lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Slice keeps the fight on the outside. Slice misses the jab.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hytten just misses with a punch to the body.
Slice will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Slice misses with a looping right. Slice throws a one two combo.
Hytten misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hytten throws a series of punches but Slice moves out of range. Slice throws a right hand that Hytten ducks under and follows up with a left that Hytten also avoids with ease. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Slice shoots for a double leg takedown but Hytten sprawls well. He's pushed Slice's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Hytten wants to clinch. Slice lands a hook that stumbles Hytten back into the cage. Slice follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Hytten to the canvas! Slice pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Hytten has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Kimbo Slice!
