Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taisto Tappura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleksi Borga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tappura comes to the cage accompanied by Ring of fire. Borga has chosen People In Planes - Last Man Standing as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Tappura.

Borga throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Tappura counters with a straight right hand.

Tappura missing with a left hand there. Borga was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Borga lands a nice leg kick that just misses Tappura's sensitive parts.
Tappura throws a leg kick but Borga sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Tappura swings for the body but Borga moves out of range.

Tappura stalks Borga and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Borga's face. Borga staggers backwards, shaken.

Borga takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Tappura feints a jab promting Borga to slip. Tappura then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Borga slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Borga gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Borga tests Tappura's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Borga throws a leg kick that misses.
Tappura lands a nice looking kick to the body. Borga takes a step back to recover.
That kick from Tappura tenderised Borga's leg. Borga is trying to keep his angry face on.
Borga throws a chopping leg kick but Tappura manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Tappura tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Borga manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Tappura lands a leg kick that knocks Borga off balance momentarily.

and Tappura counters with a slapping leg kick.
Borga scores with a jab to the body.

Tappura feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Borga's calf.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Tappura. Borga shrugs it off though.
Tappura throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Borga paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tappura tries to bum rush Borga with a series of wild strikes but Borga uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

A chopping leg kick lands by Tappura.

Tappura walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Borga checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Tappura is looking to clinch.
Tappura keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Borga connects with a leg kick. Tappura looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Tappura sizes up Borga with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Borga cracks Tappura with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Borga has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Tappura to stand back up!

Tappura connects with an inside leg kick.
Borga avoids a kick to the body.
Borga cracks Tappura with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Borga has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Tappura to stand back up!
Oh Tappura is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Borga throws a leg kick which misses Tappura's front leg but catches the back leg as Tappura tries to avoid it.
Taisto Tappura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Borga circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Tappura to the canvas! Tappura doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Borga keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
