The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moon scores with a jab to the head.
Moon wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Moon throws a head kick that misses.
Moon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Moon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gambler sprawls well. Gambler wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Moon gets slowly back to his feet.
Gambler lands a really nice looking cross but Moon seems unphased.
Moon doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Moon lands with a nice combination. Gambler backs away looking to recover.

Gambler pivots, looking for a leg kick but Moon is out of range and Gambler settles back down.
No joy there for Gambler, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jackie Moon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gambler works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Moon steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Gambler. That one must have hurt.
Gambler throws an overhand right that lands on Moon's shoulder, as Moon tries to avoid the shot.

Gambler lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Gambler jabs Moon to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Gambler takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Gambler ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Moon moves away.

and Gambler counters with a nice body shot.
Moon shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gambler defends it nicely.

Gambler scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Gambler ducks under a wild hook from Moon.

Moon lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Gambler misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gambler lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Gambler takes a swing at Moon's ribcage but misses.

Moon misses with a takedown attempt - Gambler sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Moon moves out of range of the strikes.
Gambler feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Moon's calf.
Gambler throws a sloppy head kick and Moon moves out of range easily.
Gambler shoots in for a double leg but Moon sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Moon dodges the punch combination from Gambler.
Moon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gambler manages to avoid it.

Gambler is looking to wear down Moon with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Moon scores with a one two! Gambler had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Gambler ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Moon moves away.
Moon fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gambler.

and Moon counters with a one-two to the body.
A low kick from Moon is predictable there
and Gambler connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Gambler throws a solid leg kick but Moon takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Gambler.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Good leg kick by Gambler there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A big left from Moon misses.
Moon staying out of range there.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Moon looks to score with a jab to the body but Gambler is just out of range.

Gambler lands a left and a right that send Moon crashing to the mat, dazed. Gambler thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Moon is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Moon slips under a jab.
Moon is still on wobbly legs! Can Gambler finish him?
Moon leaves his chin hanging out and Gambler seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Moon crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
