Summers's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Meatloaf: In The Land Of The Pigs. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dylan Summers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 16 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Burton!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burton throws a series of punches but Summers avoids them all with ease.
Summers rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Summers takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Burton misses with a low kick.
Burton gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Summers counters with a left and a right that stings Burton.
Burton throws a quick inside leg kick.
Nice shot lands for Burton.
Summers shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Burton defends it nicely.
Burton fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Summers.
Burton closes the distance and lands a one-two.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Summers ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Burton moves away.
A right-left combo lands from Burton.
Summers with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Summers displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Burton throws out the jab.
Summers moves forwards but Burton connects with a nice, crisp jab.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Burton shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Burton showed some decent athleticism there.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Burton prevents Summers from improving his position.
Burton thows a huge punch but Summers dodges it nicely.

Summers works his way to full guard. Good work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Burton seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Summers lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Burton!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Burton is in all sorts of trouble here.
Burton is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The referee warns Burton that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Burton tries to reverse the position but Summers maintains control.
Burton is in a horrible position here. Summers smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.


It looks like Jack Burton has been cut.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Summers cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Summers has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Burton's face.
Burton is in all sorts of trouble here.
Summers lands a nice shot to the head.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
The referee warns Burton that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.


Burton is rocked!
Burton is looking to get to half guard.
Burton is still in real trouble! Can Summers finish him?
Summers lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.


That has opened up Jack Burton's cut even more.
Summers postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Burton bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Summers and the fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dylan Summers!
Dylan Summers tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
