Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gigi Ceausu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piugnu Kopo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kopo looks for a takedown but Ceausu sprawls well.
Kopo doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Ceausu counters with a stiff right hand.
Ceausu throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kopo was covering up waiting for the punch and Ceausu finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Kopo is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Ceausu works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Kopo wants to control but Ceausu is keeping busy.

Ceausu seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kopo for as long as he can get away with.
