The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junakovic smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
No joy there for Troublefield, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Horrible takedown by Troublefield or perhaps it was just good defense by Junakovic which made him look bad.

Troublefield shoots in looking for a takedown but Junakovic manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Troublefield's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Junakovic shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Troublefield eats them both and turns towards Junakovic to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Troublefield tries to score a power double leg takedown but Junakovic sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Troublefield somewhat.

Junakovic lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Troublefield circles away quickly and effectively.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Troublefield tries to sprawl but Junakovic drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Junakovic looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Troublefield with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Junakovic connects with a nice short shot to Troublefield's temple.
