Nice takedown defense from Putnam. No joy for Provoloni on that attempt.
Putnam shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Provoloni pinned against the cage. Provoloni gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Putnam tries to clinch up but Provoloni circles away and keeps his distance.
Putnam fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Putnam scores a takedown into full mount!
Putnam wants to control the pace but Provoloni is squirming around nicely.
