Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Will Banks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gar Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Banks kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is All I do Is win. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Will Banks!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gar Logan!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Banks misses the target.
Nice shot by Banks.
Logan throws a looping overhand right but Banks ducks down to avoid it.
Logan's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Banks connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Logan scrambles back to his feet.

and Banks counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Logan thinking.
Logan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Banks swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Banks has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Logan clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Banks has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

I really don't envy Logan right now.
Banks thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.

Banks is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Banks gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Banks gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Banks apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Banks fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Logan sprawls well initially but Banks persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
