Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rico Riccio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ballard Magnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Riccio comes to the cage accompanied by Shotgun by Limp Bizkit. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magnar lands a nice shot that snaps Riccio's head back.
Magnar connects with a looping right hand.

and Magnar makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Magnar throws a hook to the side of Riccio's head but Riccio sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Magnar connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Magnar comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Magnar lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Riccio has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Riccio and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Magnar is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Riccio flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Riccio is out cold! Magnar holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

After winning the bout, Ballard Magnar thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
